Proclene have been specialising in cleaning wool carpets and rugs since 1982 and operate throughout Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Bristol, Bath, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.



Proclene are approved by Which? and Trading Standards and have also received multiple awards from them.



With ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications Proclene are also fully committed to protecting the environment and ensuring clients receive high standards in customer care and quality services.

History

Proclene have personally been cleaning carpets since 1982, however our knowledge of professional carpet cleaning stems back to 1963 when it was introduced as a family profession. Craig commenced his first cleaning of carpets when he was only 12 years old, some 40+ years ago. Proclene are ISO 9001:2015 Certified ensuring we provide every customer with the very best in customer service and quality of cleaning. Proclene are also ISO 14001:2015 certified ensuring that we provide the most environmentally friendly cleaning service possible. Proclene work to provide the highest in quality, thoroughness and customer service, we do not provide a false economy cleaning service. Proclene employ 9 fully trained and qualified cleaning technicians, who also have a minimum of over 3 years experience plus the added back up of a master carpet cleaner with over 40 years worth of knowledge and technical know how. During 2019 alone Proclene have invested over £120,000 in 2 of the most powerful truck-mounted carpet & upholstery cleaning systems in Europe, and as a result have reduced drying times by at 80% as well as an high increase in soil removal, we dissolve more spots & stains without having to use harsh cleaning solutions plus we do the job right the first time. All of this means the carpets that we clean are back in use much faster, they stay cleaner for far longer, they retain their appearance better, and we are more readily available when you need us. As well as WoolSafe trained, qualified and registered, Proclene are NCCA registered, trained & qualified, as well as TrustMark government endorsed, and Which? recommended.
