Excellent! I have 4 wool rugs that I had Zerorez clean. The technician recognized right away that they were higher quality than traditional rugs and explained their process. The results were excellent and they even reglued a corner that was coming off the back of the rug. Highly recommended - ask for Joseph! Rating:
