History

Founded in 1990 by Brad & Julie Suggs, Rugs by Suggs would grow and flourish as a small, husband and wife team. In 2007, after having been raised in the carpet and rug cleaning industry, Spencer Suggs (the eldest brother) decided to restart the former business. With some hard work and a sprinkle of luck he was able to slowly restore the company to its former luster. Then, in 2011 online review sites helped catapult the now renamed Simply Rug Cleaning into the spotlight. Realizing the need for someone to help innovate and oversee operations Spencer and Ryan Suggs decided to team up to build a business with an employee-centric, quality and detail based service company that would only grow into services where they could confidently know they offer only the highest level of clean. With all the growing pains in the first few years their continued success is thanks to wonderful clients who take the time to research, understand what makes them different, and experience the value they bring to the table.
